All guests are cared for in clean and comfortable
accommodations by our staff of experienced and
friendly Kennel Attendants. They pride themselves on giving that extra "TLC" your

To protect your pet, as well as others, all pet guests staying with us must be current on
vaccinations. Please consult with your family veterinarian for current vaccination records and
bring documentation with you by check-in date. Your veterinarian can also fax us the records
to insure we receive the information prior to your pet's arrival. We recommend you call us to
know the information has been received. Minimum age accepted as our Pet Hotel guest is 16
weeks with complete and current vaccines. If your pet's vaccinations are not current at
check-in, we will unfortunately deny lodging.

The required vaccines are:
CANINE- Rabies, DHPP (every 3 years), Bordatella (annually)
FELINE- Rabies, FVRCP (every 3 years)
FERRETS: Rabies, Distemper
Vaccines must be given no less than 72 hours prior to check-in date
We are FLEA FREE! If fleas are found during check-in or if protection is absent, flea treatment
will be applied and the fee added to your account.

Canine guests are given daily one-on-one attention with our Pet Hotel Attendants. Extra personal
playtime may be requested for an additional fee. Feline guests are given daily individual free
time on the cat tree. Inquire about special playtimes for families boarding both a dog and cat
that live in harmony in their home.
Room service dining is scheduled twice a day, morning and early evening unless other requests have been
made. We serve premium quality pet foods for our canine guests in the Pet Hotel and feline guests in
the Purr-fect Place Cat Condo. You are encouraged to supply personal food so that your pet may
continue with their same diet as at home. This is especially important if your pet is on a specific
food or has food allergies. If your ferrets or other exotic pets are staying with us, you agree to
supply food, supplies and appropriate cage. Be sure to inform us of your pet's preferred meal
schedules and personal needs.
Does your pet require special services? Please contact James to inquire about specialty services
your pet requires. If we are not able to accommodate your requests, we will do our best to offer you
alternate care options.
You are welcome to bring personal items for your pet's comfort, however we cannot be responsible
for any lost or damaged items.
As a courtesy to other clients waiting for accommodations, please call us to cancel as soon
as possible if your plans change.
